Before starting any custom project, Relivo Media requires an initial 50% deposit, and the rest is paid upon full client satisfaction on project completion. The preferred payment method is Paypal, through the 2Checkout service. Relivo Media is a reputable distributor through the 2Checkout.com

Users are permitted to a full refund if and only if there has been no initial work done on the project. After the design stage is complete and the coding stage begins, there are no refunds at all.
